By using Echoelmusic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use Echoelmusic on all supported platforms for personal and commercial purposes. This license is tied to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

• Install on unlimited personal devices
• Use for commercial music production
• Use for live performances
• Create and sell derivative works

3. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using Echoelmusic, including AI-generated content. We claim no rights to your creations.

Our Content: Echoelmusic software, presets, and documentation remain our intellectual property.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
• Redistributing the software or license keys
• Using the software for illegal purposes
• Circumventing copy protection

5. Beta Program

Beta access is provided free of charge for testing purposes. Beta software may contain bugs. We appreciate feedback but make no guarantees about beta features being included in final release.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Echoelmusic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Echoelmusic. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Echoelmusic is not a medical device. See our Health Disclaimer for important information about biofeedback features.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
